Loved this hotel, had really comfortable experience. Accommodating, fairly clean place, everything was very good, including staff and location. The room was huge, on the main floor. Everything was great and within 15 minutes' drive of Plattsburgh International airport.

I had a very nice stay, thank you so much! Loved good location and staff of the hotel. Try warm dishes served at the attached restaurant. The venue was in a good area, right by the highway, the pub, Plattsburgh.

Staff were phenomenal, beds were fine and outstanding breakfasts. Enjoyed the nearby adirondack coffee roasters, they had my favourite coffee. Early check in and excellent service. Memorable stay in a fancy hotel...

It was an incredible base for shopping, had really enjoyable time. I loved efficient staff, ideal location. Breakfast was varied and good hot. The service was good too.

The room was beautiful and bright, nice swimming pool. Outstanding food in the attached restaurant was the best part. And it also had exceptional view. They made my stay FINE. Very friendly lobby. Had no problem using their easy parking, the internet was complimentary.

we visited champlain centre that was adjacent to the hotel. we greatly enjoyed the pool. no complaints whatsoever, the venue met the criteria.

We have stayed here during the previous trips & would definitely come back there. A fantastic base for exploring Plattsburgh. We loved the view from the room😃
